How do I pay my monthly membership fee?
Each month, your membership will automatically be payed from the card that you entered when signing up. You will be billed on the day you sign up, and every month afterwards on the same day. If you sign up on June 14th, your next payment will be due July 14th.
Can I pay for the membership yearly?
At this time, we only offer monthly payment plans.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes you can! Once you cancel, you sill still have access until your pay period is over.
Why do I need to make an account?
You need to make an account to be able to access the webpage with the monthly templates.
How do I customize the templates?
All of the templates are customizable in Canva. If you don't have a Canva account, you can get one here: partner.canva.com/gbXOoA.
Will past month’s templates always be available?
No, every 1st of the month, new sets of Instagram templates are available to download, and the previous month's templates will be gone from this website. So make sure to download any templates you want right away. Once you have them in your Canva account, you have them forever though.
